I have worn the cage  now for a couple of days and it seems like it is going to stay on and tight. It is causing discomfort some but that is to be expected with any male chasitity device. i had been wearing it with a smaller lock and the newer lock has a bigger shaft. This keeps the cage from shifting and so keeps it locked on. The spikes poke me a little in just doing natural movements but REALLY dig in if I start to get hard.
